The Reagan Speech and Debate Team is hosting their annual Dutch Tournament (October 6th - October 7th) with high school students from all over Texas. Over the course of the 2 day event, we will serve approximately 600 meals to judges, coaches and parent volunteers. We are asking for your help. We need volunteers along with food and beverage donations. You may donate in two ways: 1) by cash donations or 2) product or gift donations.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DONATIONS

• Donate a homemade dish.

• Donate a store-bought dish.

• Ask a business or restaurant owner that you know if they can make a food donation.

• Donate cash or gift cards from HEB, Walmart, Target or any supermarket.

 

VOLUNTEERS

Join us and be a part of this team effort, we need many volunteers to find donations and sponsors as well as to help out on both tournament days. To help on the tournament days go to Sign Up Genius to find a time slot that works for you.
