Brian Eanes is a graduate of Churchill High School, The University of Texas at Austin (B.A. - Plan II), and The Pennsylvania State University (M.A. - Art History). He is in his 23rd year of teaching in the North East Independent School District, and his 4th year at Reagan High School. In that time, he has coached state champions in Duet Acting, Duo Interpretation, Humorous Interpretation, Dramatic Interpretation, Original Oratory, Informative Speaking, and Poetry. He has coached multiple national finalists, most recently 12th place in Original Oratory at the 2024 NSDA National Tournament. In 2017, he was inducted into the Texas Forensics Association Hall of Fame. He is proud to be the head coach of the Ronald Reagan Oral Interpretation Team. in 2024, he was inducted into the National Speech and Debate Hall of Fame. 

Philip DiPiazza joined Reagan High School in the fall of 2017. He teaches English IV, Professional Communication, and coaches the Reagan Debate Team. Mr. DiPiazza has been a part of the debate community for several years as both a competitor and a coach. He was a policy debater at the University of Texas at San Antonio from 2003 to 2007, advancing to the top 32 at the CEDA national competition during his final year as well as being a member of the first team in UTSA's history to qualify to the prestigious NDT championship tournament. He received a BA in Humanities and spent several years teaching speech and debate at Saint Mary's Hall in San Antonio. In the 2013, Mr. DiPiazza returned to UTSA as the assistant debate coach until 2017. His teaching methods emphasize critical thinking, innovation, and competitive excellence.

Laura Wintemute  is the proud mom of Jazzy, a junior at RRHS. Jazzy is competing in Info, Poetry and Original Oratory during the 24-25 school year. Laura has loved cheering Jazzy on and supporting her through her time in the Lopez theater program and the RRHS Speech program. 

Virginia Balfour is the proud mom of Joy, a Senior in the Speech program. Joy has travelled for many invitational competitions during her four years at Reagan including competing at Harvard and at Nationals. Joy competes in Humorous, Prose and Info. 

Becky Kimbrough is the proud mom of Mary, a member of Reagan's acclaimed Productions program and in the Speech Program. Mary competes in Humorous, Prose, Poetry and Dramatic Interpretation.  Mary is an alumni of the Lopez theater program.
