All seniors in the Speech and Debate program are invited to apply for the RRHS Speech and Debate Booster Club Scholarship. The number of scholarships awarded and the amounts of those scholarships will be determined based on the number of qualified applicants.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP, YOU MUST:

1. Be a graduating senior in the 2022-2023 school year. 

2. Have paid membership fees due to the RRHS Speech and Debate Booster Club for the current school year. 

3. Turn in the requested 500-word essay to either Mr. Eanes or Mr. DiPiazza by the deadline.

 

ESSAY TOPIC: 

Topic will be made available in early May, 2023.

• Please know that these essays are NOT confidential. We would like to use your insight to inspire other students. 

• Mr. DiPiazza & Mr. Eanes will review all essays and make final recommendations to the Booster Team as to scholarship awards. 

• Recipients and awards will be announced at the Speech and Debate Banquet in May, 2023.
